又去食好嘢 - Nicholini's

今晚又去食好嘢, 點解?.....heehee....當然係借 GeorG 過橋啦, 因為March is his birthday month ar ma....呵呵呵.....
很掛住 Conrad 嘅 Nicholini's, 應該有差不多兩年無探訪過. 今晚邀請了Mum & Dad 同埋去完 honeymoon 回來的sis (sis-fu 要回家勤力讀書, 可惜可惜....) 一起慶祝 & 食餐好的 fine-dining!!
數數手指, tonight GeorG has cut the third birthday cake for his birthday!! What a record :p
今晚仲有 birthday bear & Birthday Card (with a polaroid picture) too! What an enjoyable night!

乜嘢係 1694? heehee....其實係 NDS Game Number, 1694 係 Mario Party DS, 有小小似飛行棋, 4個 players 輪流 throw dice (you are one of the players), 鬥攞得多 star! 中間又有好多 mini-game to gain more coins, the one who get the most stars around 10 rounds of dice-throw can fight for the 食人花 (for stage 1), 之但係其他 character 係打唔贏 boss stage, 只有你所扮演的 character, 我玩咗勁多次都攞唔到第一, very frustrated, 由要從新來過. 沈晚終於我攞到第一啦, 仲過埋 boss stage, 進軍第二關, yeah yeah!!

The Birthday Dinner @ Amber

We took advantage of the AE birthday offer and decided to dine at Amber to celebrate GeorG’s thirty-plus birthday :p

Amber is located on the 7th floor of Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 一出 lift, 個 receptionist 已笑面迎人咁 greet 我哋, 而我就比Amber 張card片吸引咗, 張card片係一張膠片, 而 D brown and gold colour 就正好reflect咗間 restaurant 的 characteristics. Amber is definitely an exclusive little restaurant, it is elegant, modern and offering a relaxed ambience as it is fairly informal. Not many tables inside but the interior decoration is “幾有特色”. Up above the ceiling of the dining hall, there are many many long and short copper tubes hanging from the ceiling (like 管風琴), creating an amazing shape which I think is quite unqiue! Unlike Spoon, there is no seaview here but that made me be more attentive to GeorG and guests around…hahaa…

The restaurant wasn’t full, throughout that night there was 6 or 7 table of guests only (including us), so we actually had a peaceful eating environment ^o^

There was quite a number of choices offered in the menu, while we were reading the menu, a big big basket of bread was served which contained 5 or 6 types of bread. The waiter asked if we want to have butter or olive oil for the bread, I told him I want olive oil with vinegar and GeorG told him he wants butter! The waiter then asked GeorG if he wants salted or plain butter….well…連食 bread 都咁講究 :p 果然係5星級!

As I have no idea what to eat and feel quite full (due to heavy lunch and afternoon tea…haahaa…), after spending 5 minutes flipping over the menu, I asked the waiter to give us some suggestions. He first asked if we feel very hungry or not and understand our particular preference. I told him I m not feeling hungry and doesn’t eat lamb and cheese, and also don't want steak as I took a big slump of steak in lunch. And GeorG told him he is ok on almost everything…hahaa…He then recommended me to consider seafood! He introduced a few dishes to us which all sounds attractive, after a short struggling (as they all sounds attractive), we have ordered these (i forget the exact dish name as they are all too long..haahaa...):

Entree :
Charcoal Salmon
King Crab

Main Course :
Wagyu Sirloin
King Prawns


While we were enjoying the bread and the wine (we picked white wine as we have more seafood for the dinner tonite and the waiter also told me the house red wine is not a fruity one), the waiter served us a complementary starter! Yes, it was COMPLEMENTARY!! The starter included a mushroom cappucino, a small spoon of potato cube with caviar on top and a foie gras ball socked in berry syrup in stick (don't know their proper names!). GeorG said the foie gras ball looks like a 珍寶珠! 至於我, 平時搽 La Praire 的 caviar essence 落個眼肚到就搽得多, haahaa…. 但食caviar, 我咁大個女都係第一次咋, 好豪呀!! 我想話呢個 complementary starter though portion is not big, but very impressive, both the taste and presentation!!

個 waiter was so smart that he knows we must want to share the entrees, so just before the dishes arrived, he tabled us with two small plates and 2 full sets of cutlery, very detail-oriented service indeed! Entree 來啦! The King Crab was very lovely, according to the menu, it said the dish offer “5 textures with 4 temperatures”!! The dish contains 3 components, a little cup of chilli crab soup (also made like cappuccino) which was v v tasty (I still remember the taste now ^o^), a bowl with 3 layers of crab stuff (bottom is yellowish crab jelly, middle is slices of crab meat, upper layer is crab mousse) and the 3rd cup is an ice-cream in crab flavor. Hahaa…never imagine one can turn the king crab to dishes in such a 出神入化 way!

While for the Charcoal Salmon, I must say it was surprisingly FANTASTIC. When it was served on our table, the salmon was covered by a glass with some smoke inside, the waiter then took away the glass and we could smell charcoal…so funny. The waiter then told us the tiny black stuff around the salmon was pretending to be charcoal while they were actually breadcrumbs, so we can 放心食用…haahaa…actually I am not particular fond of salmon, especially cooked one as I always think cooked salmon's 口感 is very “鞋”, but this one is very very 滑 and 好香 salmon 味 even though it is a cooked salmon!! You know I took more than half of it before willing to pass over to GeorG…hahaa…!!

食完個 entree, 又忍不住咬兩口 bread bread :p By the time main course arrived, I already feel v v v full lu. The king prawn I ordered was cooked in foil paper, the waiter asked if I like to take the prawn heads? I said no, he then opened the foil paper at the side table, cut away the heads and all the shells and legs, and then served me the 4 king prawns, my dish also included 2 side dishes which i have picked mushroom paste and carrots cubes (I forget their exact name lu). Don't know if it was because I feel full, the main course wasn’t as fabulous as the entrees :p and the prawns were a bit too salty. But GeorG's wagyu was quite nice, it was medium-cooked as requested, and it offered crispy grilled surface and juicy meat inside which was quite satisfying!

The highlight of the dinner came, the chocolate mousse birthday cake! When it was served, the waiter was so kind to offer us to take a picture with our camera and then asked if we are happy to take one more with his camera! We have no oppositionwith it ^o^ He then suggested that we could each have a small slice of cake and he would pack the remaining for us to take home. I wouldn't dream of doing that as the complimentary birthday cake was quite small and it was far too much trouble to take away the leftover. But GeorG was then very 老實不客氣地 ask the waiter to serve us 1/3 of the cake…. I said he is so weird by asking the waiter to serve 1/3 of the cake as it’s not easy to cut 1/3 out precisely ~.~” The restaurant also served us a complementary petit fours even though we were too full to order any more tea or coffee to finish off the dinner! The petit fours offered 5 different kinds of petit desserts, so nice!! When we were enjoying the sweety desserts, the photo we took with the waiter’s camera is already put inside a very nice Amber photo frame and presented to us! And within a minute, GeorG already find that the softcopy has been sent to his office mailbox (the waiter asked for his namecard after he took the picture), so efficient!! Overall, it really gave us a pleasant evening. I think it is value-for-money (don’t know if GeorG also feel the same as he is the one who pay…finally…hahaa…)

The service was unbeatable, waiters and waitresses are mostly Chinese and they are very young, polite, and yet professional. Everything was well prepared (change of cutlery after each dish, refill of wine, birthday cake, offering to take picture for us), they would tell us the details of each dish when it is served which I enjoy a lot. And during the dinner, I notice 2 other tables coincidently ordered an entree which looks like a volcano (as it is a bit far away so I cannot figure out what it is), I asked the waiter when he walk-by, he is so kind and smiley to tell me the details and told me 蘇絲黃 also 介紹 and recommend this dish on her show @ Cable TV! When we leave the restaurant, the receptionist even remember our name and greeted us by saying "Goodbye Mr Yuen, Thank you"! Really impressive service!

Amber has got everything that one would expect for a restaurant in a 5-star hotel – exhilarating ambiance, excellent service, fabulous food presentation and remarkable taste, the only tiny remark was the salty king prawn I took :p
When we backed home and put the photo out, I then aware that there is a poem printed on the frame. The poem 描 述 了 傳 說 中 美 輪 美 奐 的 豪 華 琥 珀 餐 廳 房, 每 一 個 房 間 都 佈 滿 各 式 各 樣 的 寶 石 . This explains why the restaurant is named as “Amber”. See, we are so lucky to體會那種傳說中的豪華氣派….呵呵呵. Amber 的水準確實是5星級之作, absolutely worth to give a try!

Remark : The house white wine is Porta Chardonnay from Chile (we later found that it charges $300 on the bill if it was not waived :p) and it tastes good, even though I don't drink a lot, I took 2 glasses for the nite…wow!! For the complimentary cake, apart from our chosen Chocolate Mousse Cake, u can actually pick New York Cheesecake which Mandarin is famous for, since I don't like cheesecake at all, so…heehe…chocolate cake la, and we found that it costs $200 if paid…haaha…after such a long writings, you must want to ask for the bill!! Well, after discount and tips, it was $1400, value for money ma?

Birthday Gift to my lovest GeorG

雖然仲未到 honey 的 birthday, 不過份禮物就已經急不及待送比佢, 因為我想 Easter Holiday 可以玩 lor...haahaa.....GeorG 收到份禮物好 surprise, 因為佢無諗過我咁犀利, 可以由英國奧脫福帶"曼聯大富翁"回來...haaha....老公, 都話唔好睇少老婆的"本事"啦 :p
其實見你收到禮物由心笑出來的開心樣, 都覺得好有成功感, 同埋d錢洗得值得嘅....哈哈!!

後記 : 剛剛收到sis from Maldives 的 email, she said "sis fu just smiled the same as hello kitty on your sofa, haha." (updated on 25 March 2008)

Hot Pot

It's a long long time that we didn't have hot pot with mum and dad....as we no longer need to control our diet (at least for mum and me) after my sis's wedding, we decided to have a crazy eat night! Susprisingly, it was easy to get a table after 9p.m. @ MK's Dao Heung. As it is much cheaper after 9p.m., so we can eat as much as we can without a concern on the bill...haahaa

Can you imagine 4 of us have taken the following dishes :
湯底 : 醉雞窩底 (i.e. bowl of soup with a plate of 醉雞)
火煱料 : 手切肥牛, scallop, 桂花蚌, 珊瑚蚌, 雪花蚌, 脆鯇片, 鮮魚片, 牛"jin", 手打粟米墨魚丸, 豬腰, 薯仔麪, 豆苗
甜品 : 錦鋰芒果布甸 x 2, 紅棗雪耳滋潤糖水 x 2

又有口福 ^o^

星期六, 帶埋Mum visit Paroni and Mironi, 除咗還番個 camera 比阿 Ming 之外, 當然仲借D意探吓BB, 同佢玩吓啦....(其實係等BB帶D歡樂比我哋...heehee....)

因為it is mum's first time to visit Mironi, Paroni 又好客氣咁prepare 咗一個 super tasty 的 Tiramisu to welcome Mum!! 仲有佢第一次的 creme brulee....wow.....淨係睇張相都知好味啦!!(我哋 super 唔好意思呀, 不過為表 our deepest appreciation, we finished all dessert without hestitation :p) Yum Yum....唔知 Paroni 下次又帶d咩 surprise 比我哋呢? Red Penny 張單記住唔好同我哋爭, otherwise 下次唔食你d homemade desserts ga :p :p

最美麗的新娘, 最感人的一天....

2008年3月16日, 星期日, 晴朗的一天, 也是我最親的妹妹出閣的一天.

一大清早, 我同 GeorG 就到達港島香格里拉 4017 號套房幫忙打點, 準備9點"接新娘" ^o^
我相信 daddy 跟我出嫁那天一樣, 心情很忐忑不安, 整個早上都緊繃著臉, 有點緊張, 好在一班姊妹都好細心, 不斷講說話引 daddy 發笑, 令氣氛緩和了很多 (衷心的感謝) ^0^

9點啦, 新郎準時上來, 經過一輪討價還價, 成功給開門利是進入遊戲地帶, 哈哈.....兄弟姊妹團玩得好高興, 他們都很會搞氣氛, Mum and Dad 也看得很投入, Mum 更替 Cyrus 向姊妹出頭, 好搞笑.....經過 一些Yoga 高難度動作挑戰, 考驗兄弟團齊心的人龍掌上壓, 唱歌, 跳舞, 嘗過生活的甜酸苦辣, 宣讀愛的宣言.....終於奪得美人歸 ^o^

向家人, 親戚, 當然還有我們 (家姐 & 姐夫) 奉茶後, 他們就出發去男家啦, 而我跟 Mum and Dad 就扮靚靚, 準備下午的 wedding ceremony.


由於時間緊迫, 他們12點多就回來食 lunch, 兄弟姊妹們又忙於為 ceremony 準備, 打點, 練歌 (我也有份 ga)....Christie 同 Cyrus 就忙於換 look, 收拾心情.

Ceremony 就在 Island Shangri La 56/F Roof Garden 舉行, 佈置西式, 我特別喜歡中間的 marqee!! 很漂亮, 很浪漫. Ceremony 有很多人出席, 很熱鬧. 2點30分 Live Band 拉起 "Canon in D", Daddy 徐徐地拖着最美麗的新娘子妹妹 march-in, 把妹妹的手交到 Cyrus 手上的一刻, 我已忍不住感動流淚....接著由一班兄弟姊妹 (包括我)送上一首"Perhaps Love" 給一對新人, 場面感人. Civil Celebrate 由妹妹的 boss Miss Hung 出任, Miss Hung 的 speech, 令場內每一個人都好感動, 這次Mum, 我, 妹妹同Cyrus也禁不住流下開心的淚, 真的很感激每一個人對妹妹的愛錫, 實在感覺榮幸 ^o^

Ceremony 完畢, 拍完照後, 我哋就回房間先休息一回, 妹妹跟妹夫就在 Hotel 四處拍照......時間溜走得很快, 眨眼就到 banquet time.

Christie & Cyrus 的 wedding banquet 設在 ISL 5/F Ballroom. 場地佈置跟下午的 ceremony 截然不同, banquet 用了中式, 很華麗, 充滿喜慶的氣氛! 由於 Christie 同 Cyrus 都有很多朋友, 所以宴開39席, 台下經常都有一條長長等侯拍照的人龍, 十分熱鬧!! 由於實在有很多親戚朋友到賀, 所以開席比原定時間晚了一點 (haahaa...我相信都沒有邊個婚宴能準時開席...heehee....).

Before the couple march-in, 播了 Christie 同 Cyrus 細路仔同結婚相的片段, 又鈎起我的童年回憶, 令我又禁不住眼濕濕, 真傻瓜 ~.~" 終於等到 sis 同 Cyrus march-in la, sis is so so so beautiful like a princess ^o^

由於我實在太容易哭, 所以我事先叫妹妹同 Cyrus 不要在 speech 多謝我, 不過當佢哋say thank you to the parents and family (not specifically mention me and George's name), 我又哭起來, 真傻瓜 :p

唔知係咪 Head Table 關係, d food 特別好味, service 仲特別好, whenever i am away to help my sis on changing, they would help me to use heater to warm the food and serve me again when i come back.

晚宴中仲播了求婚的片段, 呢段 video 由老公 GeorG 拍攝, 當然手定, 質素唔錯, 至於剪接竟然由阿妹的另外一個老闆包辦, 唔講仲以為是 professional photographer 做 ga! 好犀利!!

敬完酒, 仲有即日剪片, 我同老公都覺得條片很好, 可能是局內人, 更加覺得 touching! Cyrus's daddy 係緬甸華僑, 很榮幸 uncle 請了緬甸註香港領事出席呢個婚宴, 佢仲俾面上台講了一個緬甸 speech, 雖然我不懂緬甸話, 但我都聽得到 "christie"..."cyrus" 呢d字..haahaa....我深信是祝賀 and 勉勵的說話吧.

當然最後唔少得的係 Cyrus 為阿妹準備的特別節目啦, 就係唱歌啦, of course 係一個不簡單的唱歌, 由於時間關係, 當 Christie 換晚禮服時, 全場每個guest 都派了一支光纖微型電筒仔(可穿在手指上), 當 Cyrus invite Christie on stage 時, house light was dimed, all guests then turn on the finger light and wave and sing with Cyrus, 我哋仲訂制了兩塊LED boards (好似 fans 燈牌咁), 一塊寫了"Christie", 一塊寫了"I 心 U", 好勁 and 好 professional ga, i m sure my sister is very surprised as i can read from her face ^o^

Crazy Cosmetics Sale

Here are some pictures i took for the cosmetics I bought for friends over these 2 weeks....the first 2 pictures are for products in Week 1, and the 3rd one is for Week 2, in fact, i forget to take pictures for some items which have already been disbursed....dont you think it's crazy? haahaa.....guess how much i spend on cosmetics in these 2 weeks?

The Answer is $27,833, while i myself only accounted for $608, that means 97.8% of the spending are not belonging to me....haahaa....

雙喜臨門!!

昨晚去中環做完 facial 後同GeorG dinner, 因為佢今日一早有會開, 所以 dinner 後要 go back to office and continue to work work work, 所以我要獨自回家....好在我趕得及 11點前返到樓下的 supermarket 買粟米, 所以可以煲雪梨粟米 soup 比 honey 同我飲, 近排很忙, 少了煲湯水.... ~.~"

回家開信箱, 見到一封 HKICAP send 比老公的 letter marked 咗 "Private & Confidental", 引起我的 curiosity...唔通老公 forget to pay annual membership fee??! But 好似公司幫佢哋交 ga bor! 搭 lift 時, 我八八卦卦隔住個 envelop "甩" 吓裏面封信的 subject heading .... oh i see the word "practising certificates"....ar yeah! 差不多 timing 出 result la..... 我好努力"甩"....唔係好清楚, 不過見到個 "pleased" 字, 我心諗呢個字 should be a positive indication....不過睇清楚 d 先好, oh...已經開 lift 門, 唯有快d回家打開佢啦......放低d嘢就 "拿拿臨"攞 cutter出來, oh cher, 原來封信用張好雞的膠紙 stick 住, 好易打開 ~.~" 早知响 lift 度翻轉睇吓啦, 唔駛咁儍要"甩" >.<
Anyway... 一睇, yeah "叭士啦!叭士啦!" Of course, i then call GeorG immediately and tell him the good news la!! 終於不用再跟這個可惡的 examination 鬥了! GREAT!!

3月7日的晚上 ... 很美好!

之前提過 GeorG 去咗北京同天津出 business trip, 所以唔可以陪我過5號, 好在佢趕得切7號回來跟我慶祝...... 因為阿妹想我幫忙 prepare checklist for wedding, 橫豎GeorG 公事繁忙, 都唔會早放工跟我吃飯, 所以7號放工後我就過咗中環幫阿妹先.....不過結果是阿妹又未得閒, 我唯有四處逛逛, 等佢哋電話 la.....最後上咗阿妹 office 一陣子, GeorG 又可以放得工 ~.~" 一團糟 :p

老公問我想食咩, 我話慳d啦, 呢排洗好多錢呀, 兩個人不如就去食 Maxim Group, 半價抵d呀! 老公帶咗我去 Jardine House 嘅 Miso, 不過我見裏面人好多, 好似好嘈咁, 企咗响門口幾分鐘都無人 serve, 所以我就叫老公 "走啦!", 行過隔離, 又是美心食府 "怡翠軒", 門口d水晶好鬼閃, chinese cuisine, 裝修靚靚, d食客又好斯文咁, 所以我2話不說就入去"兩位呀唔該!"

兩公婆開了壺碧螺春歎 dinner, 我很喜歡枱面佈置 & the set of cutlery , 好清雅 ^o^
好肚餓啦, 先來一個好吸引的前菜, 有鮑魚, 小青瓜, 同海蜇頭, 你睇d鮑魚幾大隻 (以前菜計), 好好味呀! 再叫了一客中式牛柳, 唔知咩咩百頁(即係有豆腐, 鮮百合, 白果, 3色椒), 仲有每人一個白粥...yum yum...
最後當然有我最喜歡的甜品啦, 我要了一個杏仁茶 (附送coffee千層糕), GeorG 就叫了 Mango Combo, 有楊枝甘露, mango pancake, and mango 黑糯米, 賣相好得呀, 見到都想食....不過我咳咳, 唔可以食凍嘢 ~.~" 我很喜歡粵翠軒, 應該都會再有下次 :p

小禮物

GeorG 今個星期一開始返咗祖國出 business trip ~.~" 扔下我足足3個晚上, 又陪唔到我 celebrate our wedding monthiversay (5th), 好在呢個 week 唔算太凍....沈晚GeorG終於搭夜機回來....是很夜那隻....港龍最夜嗰班由北京返香港落地時間是凌晨1時20分, 雖然佢無寄倉行李, but 降落, 泊機, 落機 (唔係 business class 所以無得立刻落機), 過海關....搭的士回家, bathing, unload 行李, 執吓嘢, 拆吓呢幾日以的信.....都唔知佢幾點先真係可以瞓 (當然小妹我已 sleep like a dead pig la...haahaa....), 今朝仲可以早過我起身, 7點15分已 diligently 落牀, 搞到我都有d唔好意思再"賴".....
諗住行去 Kitchen boil hot water.....見到飯桌上有個 yellow paper bag...打開一看...heehee...係個奧運福娃公仔.....老公話佢响北京 duty free 見到好多人買, 所以都買了一個送比我 ^o^ 遲d post 相給share with 你哋....Happy Weekend!!

"軍雞" 首映花絮 :p

台上有余文樂, 吳鎮宇, 劉心悠....不過我個傻瓜機zoom到埋去唔夠光....

入場前同鈴木仁合照, 阿 Mum 好開心, 佢話第一次同明星影相 wor...又猛話鈴木仁好靚仔, 有胸肌,仲同人握哂手...但又唔敢同鈴木仁單獨影相, 一定要拉埋我, 好搞笑 ^o^

今晚去睇首映呀!!

我咁大個女都未睇過首映, 好大鄉里...hoohoo.....多得我個好同事 invite 我, 因為呢套"軍雞"係佢舅父監製 ga, 好犀利呀! 呢套戲仲可以去法國參展, 勁!! 唔知今晚會唔會見到 d 星星呢?? 好興奮 lor, 因為都係我第一次去 Element's The Grand 睇戲!! 只可惜 GeorG 出咗 trip, 今晚我叫咗 阿哥去睇啦....
佢話套戲啱男仔睇多d...因為好暴力, 不過我合埋眼都會支持到尾....haahaa.....

我好 enjoy pillow talk time as it is the time when GeorG wont talk to me while eyeing on the notebook or TV...haahaa!!

問觀音借庫

正月廿六是觀音開庫的日子, 呢兩年阿哥都有去問觀音借庫, 佢話財運不錯....所以今年決定跟阿哥去八卦吓 ^o^
昨晚10點多去到大埔的天后廟(後來先知這個天后廟內有觀音娘娘供奉), 條人龍已很長, 好在阿哥同班 friend 很早已排隊 :p 十一點子時觀音開庫啦, 因為人龍咁長, 所以我哋分批去化寶碟, 只抽起3支香入廟.... , 12點多終於輪到我哋入廟啦, 原來首先要添香油打鼓同敲鐘, 之後要逐一向觀音娘娘上香, 介紹自己同說明來意(當然是借庫啦), 之後再比 $90大洋 (之前買寶碟每份$20) 才可以借庫. 這時我先知借庫的銀碼是自己從一個載滿紅紙的箱抽一張出來, 廟祝再派一支花旗同一個紅膠袋給我, 內有一個印有福字的碗同兩棵生菜. 今年我就要用呢個碗食飯啦, 我用開個 Kitty 碗就用來飲湯 lor!

出來一看, 我抽到壹千萬, GeorG 抽到五千萬, 阿哥班朋友最多那個抽到四億....勁呀!! 每個人見到手上的紅紙都好 happy, 雖然唔知今年的財運是否會很好, 不過這個借庫經驗也很難忘呀!
之後就急急腳回家, 因為GeorG 今日下午要去北京出 trip, 要 pack 行李呀....

Hello Kitty Bowl Ramen

我相信部份的朋友知道我哋 07 年底去咗九州旅行, 雖然GeorG到依家都仲開始寫 travel blog (GeorG 我寸緊你呀!!), 不過有關個 trip 的鎖碎事悄已陸陸續續在這裡出現. 今次要介紹這個一套四款的 Hello Kitty Cup Noodles....heehee...應該是說Hello Kitty 九州限定碗仔麪, 是我們分別在大分的Hello Kitty Harmony Land 同福岡機場搜羅的!

上圖嗰兩個都是博多拉麫, 豉油湯底, 但兩個有d不同味道; 下圖嗰兩個一個是大分麪條(面豉湯底), 另一個是長崎拉麫, 豬骨湯底. 這四個 noodles 已給我們在上個星期六 and 日消化了, 哈哈哈哈, 回味無窮 ar....GeorG 話 "呢幾個麫唔平 ga, 好在味道都唔錯唔錯!" ..... 個豬骨湯仲比我哋喝清添ga!

朋友仔, 如果下次去世界各地旅遊時見到呢d咁有特色的 Hello Kitty 加當地限定的任何制品, remember to buy for me la....heehee....

很精緻的小菜

二月二十三日的下午, 突然心血來潮想約 Dad, Mum, 老爺, 奶奶一起吃飯.
Dad and Mum 一路都好想阿妹過大禮後請老爺奶奶食餐飯當慶祝, 今日(二月二十三日)真的是擇日不如撞日, 下午突然心血來潮約 Dad, Mum, 老爺, 奶奶一起吃飯, so happen 4 of them are all ok ^o^
諗住人少少, 所以就去美心集團的粵江春 (@ Langham Place), 因為可以75折 dinner.....去到問 receptionist 今日AE 有無 discount, 佢話無, 仲指住門口棟住嗰個牌 "新春期間所有優惠暫停"....well, 都有d印象AE 之前通知過年前後有一段長時間會暫停優惠....anyway, 好在我有帶定d Maxim coupon, 唯有用 d coupon and go ahead with the dinner....

Dad and 老爺 知道無 discount 後, 都話美心 Beer貴, 唔抵飲, 所以唔叫....兩個 mum and 兩個 dad 雞啄唔斷, 所以我同 GeorG 發板點菜....這裡的小菜價錢不平但勝在精緻又好味, 而佢哋最欣賞的就是貴妃雞, 大家一致認為是新鮮雞, 不曷冰鮮雞, 哈哈哈哈....(偏偏我就是忘記替雞雞拍照 >.<)

埋單時老公拿出 coupon and AE credit card to settle the balance, 個部長話 AE 有 discount, 唔好浪費d coupon. 我哋話門口個女仔話今日無得用 discount wor, check 清楚好 wor...he reassure that AE card would have 25% off for dinner....oh well, that's great. 6個人食咗不夠八佰元, 好 ok wor!

Crossover Kitchen - a chic restaurant

I dined with my ex-KPMG sis @ this chic restaurant in CWB on 15 Feb :
The big big clock on the wall is cool....

Food is ok, price is fair...the dessert with the dinner set is warm chocolate cake, but it doesnt look like a warm chocolate cake as we expected as there wasnt any molten chocolate inside....it's simply a slice of chocolate cake which is warm...hahaaa....oh well...but as a dessert lover, i love it anyway...hoohooo
